We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, however, some orders may take longer than others. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. Should there be any other delay associated with your order, you will be notified within 10 days after placing your order.
Please allow at least a 1-2 week for your order to be dispatched depending on whether your item is in stock. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may be disrupted by issues beyond the control of johnryanceramics.com (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card).
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will try to take care of you. All returns must be within 15 days. However, the cost of returning items to us is always the responsibility of the purchaser.
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. A credit will post to your account approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
The value of returns, exchanges or refunds is the value at the time of purchase.
